A Little (expensive!) Taste Of Home

Eeeeeee!!!

I have exciting news to share!

(No Mom, I am not pregnant.)haha

A couple Canadian items have found their way back into my life and all I can say is I AM PUMPED.

Seriously. I was squealing and jumping around the grocery store like a 7 year old on Christmas morning.

It turns out Spar (a grocery chain similar to Sobey's) carries imported goods. Jackpot!

My bank account may be huddled in the corner, crying its eyes because of their exorbitant price tags, but really -- can you put a price on home-grown happiness?? Can you?!

Take a peek into what I excitedly threw into my trolley... er, I mean cart... and try not to choke whilst reading the Canadian prices :

POP TARTS - $7.00 a box

HONEY COMB/ CORN POPS/ FROOT LOOPS CEREAL - $11.50 a box

A&W ROOT BEER/CHERRY 7up  - $1.50 per can

OCEAN SPRAY CRANBERRY JUICE - $7.50 for 1 litre

What do you think -- worth it or forget about it?
